The following is a list of our "favorite" projects over the years. We feel it demonstrates the flexibility of our capabilities and service offerings.
West 7th Street Market Report for NAI Huff Partners (August 2008)
- Researched, designed and wrote comprehensive market report covering four major developments along West 7th Street in Fort Worth.
- The report was well received by the local community and the client has expressed interest in developing another market report
Staubach Academy (July 2004)
- Asked to product three promotional posters using the year’s military theme to be displayed at all The Staubach Company’s national offices
- Designed promotional posters using old war posters as inspiration
- Designed program used for the three day event
- One poster used the face of Roger Staubach as Uncle Sam. Although staff was hesitant that Roger would not like it he enjoyed it so much extra posters were signed by Roger and framed as thank you gifts for their work on Academy
Broker Party at The Princeton office building in Dallas (May 2003)
- Developed party concept based on Segway giveaway
- Designed and produced 6,000 SF floor map of North Dallas
- Created photo board centerpiece, including photography, production, printing and assembly
- Designed invitation and all marketing materials used at party
- Handled public relations
Three large scale maps for Karl Bodmer’s North American Prints exhibit (May 2003)
- Worked with museum staff to create large scale maps for use throughout the exhibit
Focus on Works on Paper gallery at Amon Carter Museum (December 2003)
- Developed display concept based on museum staff’s anticipated results
- Designed display boards and worked with printer to produce
- Directed line drawing artist
- Managed installation
Transwestern Commercial Services photo board (May 2004)
- Originated idea for group photo in lobby of office building
- Directed photography and coordinated participants
- Handled art direction and production, including final print work
Two Turtle Creek Management Office (July 2004)
- Suggested large scale photography be mounted on the wall in three areas to dramatize the beautiful views of uptown and downtown available from their building
- Managed photography, printing and installation of project
Jones Lang LaSalle BNSF Group Retainer (September 2006 to Present)
- Develop, write, design and layout real estate market reports for BNSF grouped by 14 major cities
- Created similar market reports for Kansas City Southern which is also serviced by Jones Lang LaSalle
- Design and layout all quarterly real estate reports for BNSF and KCS
